In line with the 3rd National Development Plan (NDP III), 2021/21 – 2024/25, Shafiq carries out impact research in a bid to contribute to improving the quality of life of Ugandans with an overall goal of helping transform Uganda from a Peasant to a Modern and Prosperous Country within 30 years.
Digital Transformation, Innovation, technology development, and transfer are key priority areas of the National Development Plan of the Ugandan government, therefore, the research Shafiq carries out is aimed at accelerating these key priority areas.
